The encapsulation system, closed off the foundation vents using woven encapsulation material to cover the crawlspace floor and foundation walls. Dehumidifier system, air exchange system and sump pump system were installed to keep the humidity low while controlling moisture and ventilation of stale air for the crawlspace area.
